The Concert Season of the Lucchese Musical Association is usually made up of 10-12 high-level concerts, held by important Italian and foreign soloists and ensembles. From the first edition in 1964 to today, the event has hosted the greatest protagonists on the national and international scene.

Appreciated by "Repubblica" for his stylistically impeccable and mimetic pianism, Roberto Cominati won first prize at the "Alfredo Casella" International Competition in Naples in 1991. In 1993 he came to the attention of critics and major international concert halls thanks to the first prize at the “Ferruccio Busoni” competition in Bolzano. In 1999 he also obtained the "Jacques Stehman" audience award from Belgian TV and the French broadcaster TV5, as part of the "Reine Elisabeth" competition in Brussels. LEARN MORE
