The Concert Season of the Lucchese Musical Association is usually made up of 10-12 high-level concerts, held by important Italian and foreign soloists and ensembles. From the first edition in 1964 to today, the event has hosted the greatest protagonists on the national and international scene.

TwoTimes was born from the friendship of two young percussionists from the Teatro La Fenice, who became permanent colleagues in the orchestra after winning the competition in 2019. The strong understanding and desire to make music together pushes them to create this project, based on the search for new sounds and new performance techniques that characterize the new music in their concerts, while still giving space to transcriptions which, by the very nature of the Duo, come from the "classical" repertoire. The TwoTimes Percussion Duo has performed in important events such as CarniArmonie, Pordenone Fa Musica and the Open season of the “Luigi Boccherini” Conservatory of Lucca.
