Rebuilding your life - A school to learn to live, to make the planet live, to learn to die. A half day completely dedicated to anyone who wants to discover, learn about and experience the various activities and services that are offered by our "vital meditation" centre: short conversations with our therapists, with those who provide support during illness and bereavement. Yoga and breathing experiences, experiential group workshops on various themes: psyche and soul, art and creativity, ... and much more followed by refreshments and a concert. (In Italian)
