This Sunday the Lucca State Library will open its doors to visitors for the day of insight on the topic Between Earth and Moon. The audience will have a way to see manuscripts, ancient and modern texts of the state library thanks to the curation by there staff. Amongst other things there will be important manuscripts that first investigated the stars and the cosmos and even the 500 year old editions of Orlando Furioso with the extraordinary illustrations of Astolfos voyage to the moon, texts of Jules Verne, to the chronicles of newspapers from the 60’s with the story of the moon landing.
