The new edition of the historic Sagra delle Mondine and Quartuccio Fritto will be held in Bargecchia, a hamlet of the Municipality of Massarosa (LU), on the three weekends of 5-6, 12-13 and 19-20 October. The event presents in the inviting menu, in addition to roasted chestnuts and fried pasta as per the title, also tordelli with ragù, Frantoiana-style vegetable soup, roast beef, tripe and quartuccio with ham, among other dishes. The party, organized by the Croce Verde Collinare of Bargecchia, includes the opening of the kitchens every evening at 7.30 pm. For further information on the festival click here
