Special guest will be Tongdong Bai, professor of philosophy at Fudan University and one of the leading contemporary experts in Chinese political philosophy.
Who is Tongdong Bai? Born in Beijing in 1970, he received his doctorate in philosophy from Boston University and taught at Xavier University. He is currently a professor at Fudan University, NYU School of Law and NYU Shanghai. Author of numerous publications on Chinese philosophy and political philosophy, he is one of the most authoritative voices on these topics at an international level.
What will we talk about? The meeting, which will be held in English, will offer an introduction to Chinese political and philosophical thought, useful for fully understanding a culture that we still have difficulty dealing with today, even from an artistic and representative point of view.
