The exhibition “The contemporary painting of Luca Paparo and Sandra Rigali meets Puccini continues until January 26th, registering a high level of public approval. Who placed so much strength in your heart?...” at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Lucca, with free entry. Organized by the Banca del Monte di Lucca Foundation and the Lucca Sviluppo Foundation, curated by Riccarda Bernacchi, the exhibition is the last of the foundations' exhibition events, which crowns a year of events that the city has dedicated to the centenary of his death by maestro Giacomo Puccini. The title of the exhibition is taken from the dialogue between Turandot and Liù and through a corpus of 55 works including oils on canvas or on board and mixed techniques, opera librettos and sketches, it tells the mark that Giacomo Puccini left on the two artists, Sandra Rigali and Luca Paparo, in addition, Maria Pacini Fazzi publisher has created an evocative catalogue.
