The Grande Castagnata arrives on Sunday 13 October in Bolognana, a hamlet of Gallicano (LU). Starting from 2.30 pm the roasted chestnuts will infuse their autumnal scent through the streets of the village. On the menu there will also be chestnuts, necci and rice weeds: less ripe chestnuts that need to be boiled. All to be accompanied by an invigorating glass of boiled wine!
